Project management
Project Management Structure was built on the basis of a proven model assuming cooperation between the following units: Program Council, Project Leader in charge of the Management Committee, Project Office and 2 divisions (Project Medical Coordination Division and Technology Management Division) and consultants - specialists from Norway and Poland.
Program Council
The Program Council which meets once a year is a body advising on project execution and cooperating with the Management Committee. It will consist of medical authorities and representatives of partner bodies.
Management Committee
The Management Committee, which consists of 3 persons, will include:
1. The Project Leader who also acts as a Project Office coordinator
2. Medical Coordinator - responsible for the operations of the Project Medical Coordination Division
3. Technology Coordinator - responsible for Technology Management Division Project Leader.
The Project Leader, who is in charge of the entire project management structure (Management Committee), will manage all the TMC works.

» Project Office
The Project Office will be managed by the Project Leader.
The office duties will include: administrative, accounting and legal, promotion and international cooperation and educational activities.

» Project Medical Coordination Division
The Division, which consists of 11 consultants hired from among current
Institute employees, and 3 medical technicians, will be managed by the
Medical Coordinator chosen from the Division, who is also a member of
the Management Committee.
» Technology Management Division
This division will be supervised by a Technology Coordinator.
Technology Management Division will include 2 employees and the Technology Coordinator as their supervisor.

» Consultants
Additionally, the project will involve medical consultants from the
Norwegian partner - Exponor Tromso AS - a company with a broad
international experience in telemedical solutions.
They will provide support, especially during development of medical software for the needs of TMC. The consulting services will be accounted for on the basis of separate agreements.
